"Nobody Charges For Songs To Be Played On Air But...." — O.A.P. Ijeoma Mbama (I.J.)

Ijeoma Mbama (I.J.) On-air-personality Ijeoma Mbama, widely known as I.J., of Rhythm 94.7 FM, has thrown her two cents on a very delicate matter – Payola, which many artistes claimed has stopped them from getting a considerable number of radio spins. The OAP, whose time at the lake side studio has aided the upward movement of entertainment in the state, didn't minch words in her bid to clear issues. "Nobody charges for songs to be played on air but if you want the other party to be dedicated to your business daily, until it becomes so obvious, you gotta strike a deal for the other person's commitment, except you guys have some extra relationship". — I.J.  She also said how she chooses to work with an artist is dependent on the relationship they both have, and in the advent of a disrespect for her person, the consequences could follow. She is likely to never work with this artist again.

M.Cube M Cube (born Kpasime Tikivie) is a young Bayelsan rapper who is determined to make his mark in the industry. Having shown his doggedness once, by working with rapper Black Geez, last year, the Niger Delta University student decides to take things further, dishing out a new single, ‘B.B.C. (Bad Belle Company)’. Bad Belle Company, as the name implies, is the rapper's attempt at refuting his perceived enemies’ execrable doings, citing instances where he stood tall in spite of the unfavorable conditions he's met.
