Dog House Movement act Mr. Hood is set to drop a single next Friday. This information was made available to The Sleek Buzz, courtesy of Mr Hood's camp. It should be worthy of remembrance, that prior to this moment, Mr. Hood had been in the studio recording, with the promise of a project before the year elapses.
And as part of his promise, weeks before, Mr. Hood posted an extract on his YouTube, a video which is believed to have come from an upcoming release. The extract predominantly titled "Woyi" derives its influence from Kcee's 2019 dancehall hit "Erima" which features Timaya. The video portrays Mr. Hood (who's seen having a haircut) in an obviously-provincial neighborhood and the activities typical of it.
It doesn't take much of one's mental strength to deduce what could happen in such a setting, and it doesn't take long before one's expectation is met— a man is gunned down. And as witnesses rush in to offer rescue, or just to know what's going on, Mr. Hood is introduced to a beat, however, his sermon is debilitated until Friday, the 23rd.
In the early part of this year, Mr. Hood gave subtle hints of his intentions to bless fans with a body of work, one to succeed his previous offer, Hood Culture, that dates back to 2015. Interestingly, as time has revealed, those hints have spurred him into action to create the mixtape album, Hustle and Flow, which, according to a trusted source, would drop in months time.
We can't wait!
