Mr. Hood Set To Release Hustle And Flow, Drops Appreciation Note For Fans

Mr. Hood's desire to have his sophomore project released this year is unwavering. From the release of Port Harcourt Boy, a song that traces the circumstantial life of a young lad in a provincial neighborhood, to the release of the thought-provoking Woyi, the end product of these aforementioned releases, as been predicted, would be Hustle And Flow, a mixtape album.  
The rapper, who with fellow rapper KiLa only days ago dropped a collaborative song The Chant: #SayNoToXenophobia, took to Facebook to announce the arrival date for Hustle And Flow, 20th October, 2019.

Accompanied by this announcement and the artwork for Hustle And Flow, was a note to his fans. It reads......

 "Not yet where I envisage to be
but I'm grateful for the journey that brought me here and I embrace the road that beckons me still, though it be filled with sharp twists and turns,
I journey regardless.

It's with emotions running deep I present to you this project which churns out from a very special place and phase of my life.

Down that road I learned some hard lessons which I'll carry a lifetime and I also encountered very special and amazing people who one way or the other impacted my life which is the story I tell through the music.

It's been a long time coming but we're here now, this is to every honest supporter and friend who have spurred me on even at times I didn't feel like to continue , this project is for you that friend and colleague who eagerly streams that new Mr. Hood tune whenever it drops.

On 20/09/2019 there wouldn't be a need to anticipate any more because my sophomore project
